Personalised products: no withdrawal
Our items are printed on demand and made specifically for each order. As such, and in accordance witharticle L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, they are excluded from the right of withdrawal applicable to distance selling: a return for a simple change of mind is not possible once manufacturing has started.
Manufacturing defect
Only a manufacturing defect gives rise to a remedy: faulty print, item damaged on arrival, or wrong product compared with the order. The defect must be proven by photograph.
After verification, the item is, at your choice,refunded or replaced at no cost to you.
Procedure
- Email contact@aifedespaix.comwith photographs of the defect and the order number.
- Requests are handled within an indicative time of 48 working hours.
- Refund or reshipment once the defect is confirmed.
