1. Purpose and scope
These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) govern sales made on the « Aife » site, published by TASSEL Joan(10 Rue Haute de Bellevue, 61250 Héloup, France). Placing an order implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC.
2. Products
The products are textile items and prints that areprinted on demand. Each item is manufactured specifically after the order is confirmed, from original designs or authorised artistic tributes.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included.VAT is not applicable (article 293 B of the French General Tax Code): no VAT is charged or recoverable. Any delivery costs are shown before the order is confirmed.
4. Order and payment
An order is confirmed once payment is made in full. Payment is processed securely by our provider Stripe; no card data is stored on our servers. The sale is deemed concluded upon payment confirmation.
5. Manufacturing and delivery
Products are manufactured and shipped by our production partner (Printful), which receives the recipient's name and delivery address for this purpose. The indicated lead times (manufacturing and then shipping) are given for guidance only.
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goodsmade to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. As our products are printed on demand, they fall within this exception: no withdrawal or return for a simple change of mind is possible once manufacturing has started.
7. Manufacturing defect
In the event of a manufacturing defect (faulty print, wrong product, damaged item), proven by photograph, the item isrefunded or replaced at no cost. Requests should be sent tocontact@aifedespaix.com together with supporting photos.
8. Customer service
Requests are handled within an indicative time of48 working hours atcontact@aifedespaix.com.
9. Dispute resolution
In the event of a dispute, the customer should first contact customer service at the address above to seek an amicable solution. Failing an agreement, the customer remains free to use any alternative dispute resolution method of their choice or to bring the matter before the competent courts. These GTC are governed by French law.
